1.1 This Policy governs all payments, renewals, and cancellations for GhostShorts products and services (“Services”).
1.2 By purchasing, subscribing, or otherwise accessing the Services, the customer (“User”) acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be bound by this Policy in full.
2.1 GhostShorts provides digital, non-tangible software services that become fully accessible and usable immediately upon purchase.
2.2 Delivery is deemed complete at the time of purchase confirmation.
3.1 All sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to:
3.2 Refund exceptions will be granted only if required by applicable law or if GhostShorts confirms a verified duplicate charge.
3.3 Users expressly waive any right to reverse, dispute, or charge back payments without first contacting GhostShorts support. Any such disputes may result in immediate account termination and permanent revocation of access.
4.1 Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
4.2 No further charges are collected after confirmed cancellation.
4.3 Users remain fully responsible for any fees incurred prior to cancellation confirmation.
5.1 User data may be retained to facilitate future reactivation.
5.2 GhostShorts reserves the right to delete or anonymize data following cancellation at its discretion.
5.3 Users may request permanent deletion in accordance with applicable privacy laws and GhostShorts’ Privacy Policy.
6.1 Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the GhostShorts account dashboard, the Stripe customer portal, or by emailing team@ghostshorts.com from the same email address registered to their GhostShorts account.
6.2 Cancellation requests sent from unverified or alternative email addresses will not be accepted.
6.3 To avoid renewal charges, cancellations must be completed and confirmed before the upcoming billing date.
6.4 Upon cancellation, paid access continues until the end of the active billing period and then terminates automatically. No prorated refunds or credits are provided for unused time.
6.5 GhostShorts will acknowledge valid cancellation requests in writing (via email or Stripe notice) within seven (7) business days. Response times may vary with volume and do not exempt Users from renewal liability.
6.6 The User bears full responsibility for ensuring that a verified cancellation request is both sent and confirmed prior to renewal. GhostShorts assumes no liability for unreceived emails, spam filtering, or transmission failures.
6.7 GhostShorts reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant behavior.

8.1 GhostShorts may modify or update this Policy at any time, effective upon posting on its official website.

By purchasing, subscribing, or continuing to use the Service after publication of this Policy, the User confirms full understanding and irrevocable acceptance of all terms herein. No oral or implied representations shall alter these provisions.
