After the initial 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation Policy

• Upon cancellation, you will have access until the end of your current billing cycle
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Subscription renewals (after initial 7-day period)
• Accounts terminated for violating Terms of Service
• GhostCredits or one-time purchases
• Promotional or discounted subscriptions
